Our view on sustainability starts with our very early history when our founder Glenn Sanford, sought to disrupt the traditional brokerage model built on franchises, brick and mortar, sprawl of real estate offices and founded a brokerage that operated 100% as a virtual company. We do not own any corporate real estate, do not require our agents to own or rent properties, and strive to run all operations through the cloud.
